artillery Officer's tunic

the finale of my German uniforms is my private purchase artillery Officer's tunic. This uniform has the excellent bullion eagle and collar tabs, and the sweat stains around the armpit shows that it was well worn! Whoever the owner was was definitely a well decorated soldier. Please leave your opinions down below

Ribbon bar - EK2 Iron Cross 2nd, KvK2 War merit 2nd, Heer long service, Italian Service and entry into Sudetenland. Photo doesn't enlarge to much but that is what I think is on the bar. Obviously there were some other awards on the pockets. NH

Thank you for your comment Neil, I believe that to be a Memel Medal rather then an Italian service medal however

Pretty piece of history.
But I would say that there is a fair chance for this eagle has been added post 45. Judging from the pic of the stitching.
