ATTIC FIND! Lot of Third Reich insignia. Help!

A colleague of mine was cleaning out his attic today and found a box belonging to his grandfather. The box hadn't been opened since the end of WWII. Inside, he found a collection of TR insignia.

He asked me for help identifying the items, and for help figuring out what each piece is worth.

I would appreciate any and all help!

Hi Joe, all original. But you knew that.

I will comment on the last pic first: I rather like the paper Red Cross lodging voucher. The other bits in the box I don't recognise at all as military/political.

Working my way up from the bottom:

Heer Officers collar Litzen for the M36 tunic. Dark green wafenfarbe. Heer Drivers badge.

Luftwaffe Enlisted/NCO's schirmutze cap cockade insignia.

Hitler Youth sports vest insignia.

Heer Medical Capatains shoulder board (with rod & snake medical insignia)

Single silver alloy rank pip. Used by Heer, Luftwaffe, SS, etc.

Gilt rank star: Might be Legion Condor?

Luftwaffe Breast eagle for Technical personnel.

The two shoulder straps with gilt loops I need to look up....

All nice items: nothing earth shatteringly rare or expensive. Just good original kit.

Hi again Joe, got my books out: I was correct in my assumptions on the two shoulder straps: they are DLV and for the rank of Fliegerkapitan. Blue piping was used by all other sections of the DLV that did not have their own arm of service colour. (Black = staff, yellow = flight school, etc)

I don't really do values: but each item here in the UK would average out at around the £25 to £30 mark.

The star item, for me, is the Legion Condor rank star. Should measure 34mm. No idea on value on this one.
