Book Uniforms and Insignia of the Grossdeutschland Division - Volume 3

Hi guys,

Does anyone out there have the book Uniforms and Insignia of the Grossdeutschland Division - Volume 3 by Scott Pritchett ??

I would really appreciate it if some one could make scans of, I believe, page 339. I have read somewhere that there are pictures of the Großdeutschland Sanitäts insignia on it. I have been looking for good pictures of GD sanitäts shoulder boards for a while now, but just can't seem to find any. This book is my last hope.
