Can anyone identify this eagle wing?

Article about: I recently received this section of eagle wing as part of a buy of ground dug Stalingrad relics and I'm thinking it is part of a breast eagle badge? Or maybe a cap badge? What do you guys th

    Default Can anyone identify this eagle wing?

    I recently received this section of eagle wing as part of a buy of ground dug Stalingrad relics and I'm thinking it is part of a breast eagle badge? Or maybe a cap badge? What do you guys think?
    It was supposedly found in a bunker near Gumrak airfield but I wouldn't say this neccessarily makes it Luftwaffe as there must have been troops of all branches of the service fighting or being evacuated from that area.

    (the ruler is measuring in cm not inches by the way)

    I would say it's a Heer visor cap eagle wing.

    Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
