Collar tab

Article about: I received this today, and I am not to sure about it. The picture is not clear, but the reverse does not have the heavy burlap material, it is smooth shiny cardboard with a very faint '14' p

    I received this today, and I am not to sure about it.
    The picture is not clear, but the reverse does not have the heavy burlap material, it is smooth shiny cardboard with a very faint '14' penciled in on it.
    I am thinking that is not authentic. Any ideas?
