Cufflinks

I've had these for quite a few yrs. and have not been able to find out anything about them,not even pictures. I hope someone here can give me some clue.

Well they are cufflinks, maybe they where privately made for a member of the SS-Freiwilligen-Panzergrenadier-Division Nordland, I'am yust guessing here...

I actually thought this would not be a stumper for all the knowledge here. I guess I'm just wanting to know what they are. Rare perhaps? But again,thanks Nick and Phil for your opinions.
