Customs-Police tunic

hi I need some advice about this tunic i've been told it a Customs-Police tunic is its originality, so, as always any opinions, greatly received.

That is an unusual combination. I have only seen customs cuff eagles on customs tunics. The tunic doesn't have a police eagle on it so never say never.
I am sorry I can't be of more help but I just haven't seen this combination before.

It looks good out of these microscopic photos. I like customs uniforms since it is a low interest field of history.

You should create a display with an official checking papers- would be nice to see.
