Hi JPhilip! I assume that the distance between the top button and the break of the collar is off. I'm glad I posted this, and/or the seller pulled it from the auction site. It was tempting. I don't have any more photos...for discussion.
As far as the Litzens go, I assume that the originals, conform and melt into the material of the collar?
Weren't most of the Breast Eagles removed from most uniforms/tunics?
Here are 2 examples of originally applied Litzen.
The first picture is from a second pattern tunic and the tab was sewn fully with a sewing machine.
The second photo is from a 3rd pattern tunic and the tab was sewn at the sides with a machine whilst the top and bottom by hand.
