Bogus, cobbled together patch from other bits. Basic patch looks to be Bundeswehr, eagle looks like a repro and the cipher may be original Third Reich era but like the eagle it is improperly applied. Ciphers and unit numbers are normally applied to the shoulder boards. NH

I'm pretty sure that the basic cloth patch onto which the other elements are affixed is a (post-war) German police sleeve shield. The "KS" cypher is a Wehrmacht shoulder board device for the Kriegsschulen.
Just out of curiosity, can we see the whole uniform?

Yep, definitely a cobbled together uniform! Notice how crooked the breast eagle is. Look on the inside for markings.
