Gefreitenwinkel Kriegsmarine.

Hello.
I have add in me colection this Gefreitenwinkel.
Is silk woven and do not glow under blacklight.
On the side is the inscription: MUSTER Ges.Gesch.
Muster is the german word for sample.
Because of the color I believe is Kriegsmarine and manufactured before 1945, but I found no information.
If does anyone know more, any information is welcome.
