German Uniform, but what?

obviously this is a German Uniform, but what is it, Luftwaffe and heer(cap) ?

Never seen anything like this.. Is it even original?

This is a poorly made up uniform. Insignia is placed incorrectly all over !
Some of the medals and pins look like they could be original,
though hard to tell from these photos.........

I had big doubts about this...
Obviosly it's easier to trick people by selling fakes as long as you tell it's used and a high price :P

I think the bayo is the only good thing....and that SS buckle sets it all off nicely..so it's an East German tunic, with Obviously a high Luftwaffe award becsuse he is wearing it around his neck, and he can't make up his mind wether he is SS or Heer going by his cap...almost as if someone had a spares box of German gear and said, let's just chuck it all together!!!!!
