I believe these are uncut heer breast eagles. They went on the right chest side of the uniform.

Someone may correct me on this, but I believe this is part of a roll of Kriegsmarine breast eagles.

This appears to be an uncut factory roll of Coastal artillery breat eagles, not an armband.

3 eagles with 1 having a hole...I wouldn't go more than $100 bucks tops...

Maybe 100, because of there condition. Im not a fan of cutting up rolls though.
