Grossdeutschland cuff title reproduction?

Hi,

I've continued to piece through the items that I received from my uncle. I came across this green Grossdeutschland cuff title which I believe is most likely a reproduction. The cuff title passes the UV test but I am still very skeptical. Any opinions on the originality of this cuff title are greatly appreciated.

You are correct. It is bad.

Note the paper like re-reinforcing behind the embroidery.

Also I don't think this pattern was ever made in green.
