This attached foto is of GeneralMajor Helmuth Bachelin - or so it says on the back of the foto. Has anybody ever heard of him? I guess he was NOT a RKT, although he came close. Any info would be appreciated. I am especially interested in what unit(s) he commanded, and his DOB & DOD.
