    Wow thats really something! I wish I'd kept mine from the war!! They were rugged and reasonably warm.(Although it is almost impossible to stay warm in Russia!) Thank you for posting this! It brings back memories!

    Nice one, here's my poor pics of a Vienna made one , Lago- (collective mfg)
    I don't know why the where undesirable as the make up a great dummy display ie. no need for trousers

    Hello Gentlemen,
    Thanks for sharing those tremendous greatcoats with us...
    I'm also a greatcoat lover and own five examples (4 x Heer M36, M40, M42 and M43, 1 x M42 Luftwaffe). Those are really great for depicting a german soldier on any front...

    Those are very nice, the first one is very neat with an unusual location for the size stampings and manufacturer info. Interesting to see an M40 model with a 1943 date. I think greatcoats are great for a combat display.
