I found a similar piece recently and would also like to know if this is Reichswehr or not.

I would not be entirely sure, but it could either be a pre-1933 feldbluse OR a KM coatal artillery feldbluse with replaced buttons & insignias (the eagle, among other things, kind of 'sticks out'). That would also explain the shape of the shoulder boards, which show traces of a numeral having been removed (15?). Nice find.

I would say it's an original Reichswehr tunic because of 2 factors.
1st the lower pockets of which only the flaps are visible,
2nd those flaps that you can see on the lining in the middle of the tunic (sorry i don't know how they are called)

About the schulterklappen: i have never seen this kind before, but i don't know much on these so wait for a comment from another more experienced member.

Good observation, however the two bottom pocket flaps are also characteristic of the coastal artillery feldbluse (see picture attached) + the type of shoulder boards for such a KM feldbluse would be a perfect match for those seen on the tunic we're talking about.

BTW the picture is from another forum. In all due respect I include the link to the original image: Mütze Küstenartillerie, opinion please ^^ - Wehrmacht-Awards.com Militaria Forums

Kusten Art, IMO. Wrong cut to the back for Reichsheer.
    Regards,

    Jerry

Yes you are right. The schulterklappen must be for KM. I had totally forgotten about this.

And imagine that i have this kind of schulterklappen on my own KM tropical Reichswehr tunic

Jerry, isn't this typical for Reichswehr?

    It is a Marines Feldbluse.

Please allow me to put words in Jerry's mouth: he is refering to the back of the jacket, not the inside.

    Please see here:
