Heer HBT Feldbluse: Would this be original?
Hello all,
I was searching ebay and i found this. the seller says the medals and such is fake but the tunic could be original.
would you be able to tell if its original?

The fabric looks good but the finish isn't.
Telling by the bid's he as got up to know , I don't think it is a genuine one.
So my opinion is NO, but I am no expert!!

Definitely not a 3rd Reich era drilljacke. They were never assembled with white thread like this one. As Stuka 1 stated, the finish of the herringbone twill fabric is also too pronounced.

Hi Patrick,
it's a poorly made copy.Last week I posted a thread on a genuine third model HBT combat jacket...it could have been useful to check the real deal against these fakes....or the other way round for that matters.

I think in general when ebay sellers say "could", what they mean to say is "definately not".
