Heer Panzer bevo cap insignia...fake or legit?

Hey guys, need some input on this patch. The eagle is actually silver as it looks white in the pic. Is this real or a repro? If it's a repro, what gives it away? Not really up on patches. Thanks guys.

I think it looks okay, IMO. But let some cloth experts chime in
before you take my advise .

Sorry this is a US made fake from the early 1990's. Look closely at the swastika. Note how it does not form a true cross in the middle, as one of the arms is slightly offset.

Not so easy to see in the picture, but it has weave above the fold line, which in most cases is a sure sign of a repro.

Here is the reverse of a white version of the same fake.
