    This type of later war sud front tunic could have "normal" Heer em/nco artillery boards and would not need to have the tropical type.

    Hello,
    As already mentioned by Jerry, This tunic is not tropical but a lightweight M43 tunic made of what looks like italian "Olona" cloth.
    You can use continental shoulderstraps, no problem at all...
    If you've just bought it, i hope that you didn't buy it as a tropical tunic as prices for them are higher than for this kind of tunic...
