Heer uniform. Need help

I did found this uniform online. I think it's a heer signal I think it looks quite okay
But what do you think?!

It looks that the shoulder boards have been messed with as the seams appear to have been opened up and restitched badly.

I am pretty sure the eagle is replaced also. I believe I can see the shadow of the original above the one that is on it now. There are no pictures of the tabs to tell if they are replaced either.
It isn't anything I would own but that is up to the individual.

This item is totally wrong....
It is a postwar west german tunic (IMO BGS) modified to look like a TR one. It is supposed to be worn with open collar, no Hoheitsabzeichen, etc....rubbish....

JP has nailed it BGS with that fine tricot type wool and the sew in SB and top button out of line places like Unique imports, Globe and others sold a bunch of them back in the 70's I bought one not knowing but I think it had a mix of orig and fake insignia. timothy
