Good Morning, Friends...
I'd be very grateful for your help in identifying this Stick-Pin...Is it the Unit Insignia of the 1st Gebirgs-Division?
Your Thoughts & Opinions are greatly appreciated...
cheers, Glenn

If the pin doesn't have the twist on the shaft , I'd say civilian .
I have a couple post war examples and they are marked and have the twist to the shaft .
Thanks for your input, Chris...I appreciate it; I'm pretty sure that's a Heeres-Edelweiss...I'm leaning towards -postwar produced veteran's pin- I know I've seen this type pin before, but I can't seem to find another now that I'm looking for one, lol...
Maybe our friend Wilhelm will add his thoughts to this one....
cheers, Glenn
Post war manufacture almost definitely. Stewy
Postwar or not,I like that one!!
