Default Help ID Needed: cap eagles

    Hello,
I am new here and I have a couple of Items that i hope you all could help me ID,
Thank you in advance for your help

First Is the 2 pronged back eagle. the closest thing I have found to this was on a SA coffee can hat.
The second is the oversized stick pin. I think it may relate to a kreigsmarine cap.
Real,Fake, etc, no problem just need to know how to, or if to keep these in my collection
    Thanks in advance

It is unusual, though, that the KM pin is mounted on it considerably off center.

My wife claims that I am slightly off center.
