Help with insignia please.

Hi , I wonder if I could trouble someone for there opinion on these , a friend of mine has asked for my opinion but insignia really isn't my thing, my gut feeling is there fake but I could be completely wrong, many thanks in advance .

Thank you Fred , I have no idea when it comes to insignia but thought they were bad, these are offered for sale by a dealer as well!
