The cockade is from a Weimar period cap, I have an oval example and a button with the same design. The pin presumably dates from the same period, 1919-1933.

Very interesting. Still haven't seen any other exact samples of what I have. It really is a beautiful cloth cockade and a multilayer stick pin. I'll keep digging, but would love to know that someone else has one of these. Thanks.
