Infanterie Regiment 17 Schulterklappen.

Good day, gentleman. I would like to hear Your opinions about these Schulterklappen of Infanterie Regiment 17. For me looks to be good ones, in nice condition.
If I am correct, this regiment did wear the Braunschweig skulls on their caps!?!
