Info on uniform/unit and awards of this HJ member

Hello gents, this should be an easy one for some of you. I´m curious as to the uniform the unit (shoulderboards say 65) and the badge under the HJ badge on his uniform. The same guy appears in the pre war (?) picture below (2nd from left) All help welcome!

Hi Jan, he is a member of Heer Infanterie Regt 65. He wear the Waffenrock.

The badge is the Leistungabzeichen der Hitler Jugend.

It is the lower badge. Given for various athletic and political tests.

It is the standard pre war dress uniform.
