    Okey...I'll be the heretic. Personally, if this were mine, I Would replace the eagle. It's not a high end SS Generals tunic or anything ultra rare, so for a few dollars for another eagle, this jumper could be restored back into it's original and intended condition and, in my opinion, would be more valuable. It's no different than any of the visored hats and such that you see being restored here every day. Be sure to use period thread, though, of course. (But, then again, I would probably have it professionally cleaned to remove the yellowing to the white also, but that's just me..)

    Default Help with KM jumper/ shirt please.

    Hi Guys,

    I recently picked up this KM jumper / shirt. Can anybody tell me if it is WW2 period? Also what the arm patches, red stitching and black ink stamp mean?

    Any help much appreciated.
