It's absolutely not my area.
Can you help me and give me all information you have?
1st of all is the originality of the items. And then, what is the type of unit, rank, or anything else that can be said.

Hi Greg, these of copies of the tabs worn by an Heer armoured Cavalry unit. Worn on the Feld Grau version of the Panzer jacket.

If original, these would be quite rare.

They are fake due to the materials and construction.
