Kriegsmarine hand embroidered officer's breast eagle. Help needed

The head should point the other way if it is KM. The KM did have the reverse facing eagle for a few months 1936. Is the material dark blue or black?

Most likely a NSKK Officers cap eagle to me.

Thank you. I will take a look at the material colour later. I would say off hand that is black.
