Kriegsmarine HBT Tunic with fieldmade repairs?

What do you thinks about this Kriegsmarine HBT Tunic with fieldmade repairs? The breast eagle it's original? Sleeves was repaired Waffen SS camouflaging material? Waffen SS camouflaging material on Sleeves and breast eagle are fake?
What type of feldbluse it is (m40, m42)?

Fake eagle & most possibly ribbon too

Tunic is in bad condition. Not worth a great deal, but looks an original late war Army lightweight HBT

The tunic IMO is Kriegsmarine, the bottom stright flapped inside pockets are for KM coastal services. But the condition is bad and probably worn after the war by farmer, then someone attached a pieces of SS material to look like more authentic. Even a WW2 repaired stuff seen with a non military pieces of cloth.

If thats an original bird. I will give this up............ No IMHO it is not a good breast eagle, looks more like a pregnant penguin
