Is this a Kriegsmarine jacket?

Hey guys i have just found this jacket, and i notice that the buttons pose a likeness to Kriegsmarine buttons, although i wasn't quite sure and its probably not even TR related, what do you guys think?

The buttons do look KM - check the backs. They may have ring clips attached so buttons
can be removed for washing. Also, a lot of these are maker marked and dated.

Not sure of the cut of this jacket. Post-war ? Steward/Busboy ?

KM buttons yes, what bout loops for shoulderstraps ? Any markings inside ? How are the buttons attached ? Also pics a bit blurry to see finer detail. Also is that a breastpocket that I see ? Hmmm ...
