Hi carlsson

The "lightning flash" is the trade badge of a Radio operator.
The double chevron below is the rank, in this case that of "leading seaman"

The cockade/wreath and eagle appear to be from an OFFICER's peaked cap, (but I will gladly stand corrected on that one if someone else can confirm/deny otherwise!)
