This one is not KM issue. The cut is wrong. A KM would have a button hole in the lapel. The shoulder boards are not KM either.
What we do have is a Heer Infantry Major's tunic which someone has incorrectly added KM buttons to it. Simple to put right with some nice silver buttons and a silver summer metal pin on breast eagle.
