Fantastic tunic Jerry. Pity that you sold it.
I bought it to put on a torso dummy and it would not fit, so after a while I parted with it, though if money and space were never a problem I would have kept it and many other items besides.

    Regards,

    Jerry

    Whatever its just an opinion.

Yeah tell me about it. I use only female torsos and cut the titties off

People back then were tiny really. From all the uniforms i have the only one that fits me is the panzer oberstlutnant i posted above.

Finding the right size for torsos or mannequins is a real pain in the a**.

Leander...the white summer tunics, now you are talking...my favourite tunics ! That is an absolutly stunning LW tunic you have there !...had an army colonels back in the 90's sadly sold.....imagine my surprise to discover that the Bundeswehr had such a jacket in the early 1960's, the "Casinojacke" worn by officers in the workplace only, between April and October, and regulations stated to be worn with jusy shoulder boards, no collar patches, arm shields or ribbon bars, these regulations were flouted, and some officers had loops for ribbons and removable collar patches ! (held on by small hook & eye !).
This example came through the post yesterday......nice tunic, gold buttons (removable) so I assume an Officer of General rank had this tunic originally...now to find some boards for it. this is a sneak preview, I will post with more and better photos on the BW sub section when completed.
    Prost ! Steve.

Can a mod please amend the title by replacing the word "HBT" with "tropical"?
