Late war Luftwaffe Flak Tunic?

Hey guys i have seen this late war HBT denim converted fatigue jacket to a Flak tunic with insignia, but what do you guys think? I can't see any trace of a breast eagle though.

Since it looks converted have you given thought to the possibility that this might be a volkssturm conversion from 44' 45? Just my guess because it's not standard issue at least as far as I know and there were certainly enough Luftwaffe emplacement in and around Germany during the final push.
