Luftwaffe breast eagle and unknown eagle

Article about: I'm considering these for purchase, and I am fairly confident that the Luft eagle is authentic, but cloth is not my area so I hope to get an opinion or two first. Also, there's a second patc

    I'm considering these for purchase, and I am fairly confident that the Luft eagle is authentic, but cloth is not my area so I hope to get an opinion or two first. Also, there's a second patch included that I haven't seen before. Of course it's not Third Reich era, but any help in identifying would be greatly appreciated!

    The breast eagle looks fine, the other patch is Italian maybe for their Air Force not sure

    I believe the eagles head faces the other way on Italian badges!...
