Hello I agree with Sarge, a photo of the reverse would be great to give a definitive opinion. I do like the chances of it being an original adler though. Here's two loose insignia from my collection for comparison. Hope this helps? Best regards.

It is suggesting to be Assmann, due to the article-number 25293
(permanent-catalogue, page 16b).
But without seeing a reverse, as said by some, one cannot confirm this!
