Not a good one IMHO, the poor detailing on the leg where it crosses the body and the flaw on its right wing, the way the wings meet the body, as well as the highlighting threads are all bad signs to me.

Whatever its just an opinion.
I respect Jerry opinion but, if it's the case, I need to contact seller to return this eagle. And, please, I'd like to have some more opinions to send him before it. Here two more shots without flash. I know it's not a definitive proof, but eagle don't gloes under UV light.
Thanks in advance,
Ricardo
I notice on the WAF that 4 out of 5 responders also thought it was bad.

Not one I would want in my collection!
I have seen eagles,copies/fakes listed as originals at most all the top collector sites!
Lots of real nice old and new fakes out there... With a good reputation I am sure the seller will take care of you in this situation!
Good luck
As I mentioned in the PM, we all get it wrong some of the time -or at least I do-, regardless of who we are and how good our reputation is and if you think that a dealer who has to have knowledge on a wide range of objects can be correct on every thing they sell 100% of the time, then I have yet to meet such a person. Those who specialise in only one area are more likely to be correct more often than those who do not and most dealers will fall into that category and as Steve mentioned should be big enough to admit their mistake and refund your money. Even "experts' who study only one field would I hope still be willing to admit to getting it wrong at least some of the time.
As my signature says, it is only my opinion.

Jerry
