Luftwaffe Flak Leutnant display
A tunic ensemble that I owned many years ago, (back in the late 70's) and have been fortunate to
obtain it again after letting it go many years back, when I (ha) tried to get out of collecting....
Tunic is named to Wachtmeister Rohde, and dated 1943, obviously the Herr Wachtmeister got promoted to
Leutnant later on....
I added a little bit of colour to the photos in some of the shots to add a bit of interest to a few of the photos....

The headgear in the above photos are not to the Leutnant, I have added them for the photos, the jacket, breeches
and greatcoat are all to the same man though.
Here are some photos of the greatcoat, it has been upgraded from an Other Ranks/NCO's coat to an officer coat at some
point in his career, and being a 1939 dated mantel, he was in from the start of the war. Coat is fully blanket lined, and quite
heavy, so it would have been a very warm garment to wear on a cold night ....
