It’s probably just an old civilian work shirt, badly dressed up with fake insignia.
Luftwaffe tropical shirts are very different indeed; much smoother fabric and high quality construction all round. I shall add pictures of my own, when I get the chance, for your reference.

As promised:
Note how fine the fabric is, a robust cotton canvas.
The long tails allowed it to be worn as a nightshirt. Originally, the lower half of the front placket was sewn shut, producing a pull-over garment, but (as here), this was frequently unpicked for convenience.
Also note the correct triangular Adler insignia.

Thanks Bob - I already posted this shirt on wehrmacht awards, with a zero results. True, fabric is really "robust". Backing of pocket flaps with wool doesn´t make sense.
