Absolutely beautiful, congratulations. It's sad these type of items which have such great detail don't get the attention they deserve.
After becoming injured during the invasion of Normandy beach, my grandfather played the sax in France, as well elsewhere, for the remaining of the war. This was in a military band named the 'lamp lighters'. Due to this, items such as this have always been a interest of mine.
Question: do you have the drum and uniform as well?

Yes ,have a drum and a LW uniform but not a bandsman - have some political bandsmen and a few other drum hangers mostly political.

Heres the Luftwaffe complete uniform, although not a bandsman but a Luftwaffe Officer. Although posted above heres what a PL bandsman with drum attached looks like along with a few other band members.

.....Stunning Mr. Horst!! I've always wanted a musician political leaders uniform. One actually was sold recently on Relics of the Reich, I barely missed it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the nest which is larger, around 6' inches long were attended for personnel assigned to the drums, and the smaller ones, 3'-4' inches were used by musicians of the saxophone and such?
