If this had been a stripped example then my first thought before checking details had to be "OstVolk/ Cossack". I am used to see these types of jacket details over at the Vlassov& Pannwitz bunch.

Edited: I just remember seeing a similar shortened example for sale in stripped condition, a fb pal of mine has one.
