    I think insignia is not from that tunic, the collartabs is for sure reattached. The shoulderstrap buttons is also 1944 year made ( the color)

    Yes I know, the shoulder bottoms seems to me also has ben reattached

    A collector that bought it from the family, the amonition is live runds, and the collector had not seen them, they were still in the ammo bag

    In relation to the reattached insignia. It was common post war for ex soldiers to wear their uniforms as work wear after removing the insignia for obvious reasons. As often seen in photos of the time. Actually the same was true of many ex soldiers.

    If they survive it doesn't take much to restore them by reattaching the old badges.
