Medical Officers Tunic

I am interested in this medic officers tunic and just wanted to make sure there were no issues. Any opinions are as always much appreciated.

Hello,

In these pictures it appears to have all of its insignia replaced. The shoulder boards look badly sewn in, the eagle, IMHO, is a reproduction. and the collar tabs are Transport tabs for the feldbluse. Way too many issues with this one for me.
