Default Mystery Collar Tab WW2 Vet Souvenir

When I was sent some items belonging to my Grandfather, I found what appears to be a German collar tab. He served with the Supreme Allied HQ in Europe during WW2. Haven't been able to figure out what type of unit this belong to. Any help would be great.

It is a NSFK officer tab for a man attached to the Gruppe Staff. It was located in Niederrhein.

    absolutely wonderful.

Mr. Coleman would certainly be able to identify this tab, but what i did not know is that he has an uniform of an indiviual that was attached to Gruppe 12 Staff lying around the house.
