    Thanks for your interest - The uniform is named to Major General Otto Barth who was awarded the Ritterkreuz 15 May 1943 as commander of the Artillery Reg. assignment was field artillery Reg 64. When WWII broke out he was a Lt.Col in command of the Ist Battalion, Artillery Regt 17. Feb 1942 he was promoted to Oberst(Col) - While commanding Art. Reg. 17 on the russian front he was awarded the German cross in gold and the Knights cross for outstanding gallantry.Sept 1943 he was assigned to Artillery School I, then to the 12th Division and then in Aug 1944 as commander of the 30 Infantry Division, where he was promoted to Major General. His last assignment was commanding General of the 21st Luftwaffen Field Division Feb 1945.
    He became a POW of the soviets and was released in 1955.
