No worries on this one. It is a good original and scarce cuffband.
They do make fakes of this band but the fakes are in modern man made material, not rayon.. Yours is 100% good.
A leaders version (officer equivalent) exists in yellow lettering, but the wording is different. It reads "Stabshelferinnen-Führerin"
