Need some possible advice
I found an estate sale that is taking place in the morning. The advertised pics included this one (sorry about quality, but its all I got to go off of:
I mostly collect Russian stuff (as it is usually cheaper). So any info on what these things may be would be real helpful. Also, if you could give me a price as to what they should be going for in case I decide to buy a couple of these pieces? Any info would be appreciated guys!
Thanks,
Travis

Looks like a Luftwaffe sports vest eagle, plus some high-inflation Reichsmark notes from the 1920s. I think the note covering the swastika is a post-liberation French one.
The box looks to contain a variety of day badges or 'tinnies', although with the picture quality it's difficult to tell which ones.
Not sure about value, and I know the forum at large frowns upon appraisals. All I can do is throw my lot in, and say they shouldn't be worth a hideous amount of money.
Good luck!
Regards, B.B.

Indeed - don't go nuts. There is a U.S. Marksmanship badge
in the box as well as the above mentioned tinnies.
That sport shirt emblem is rather nice.........

Is that some sort of German sleeve patch I spy in there as well?

Signals.........
Steve is correct.
If it is white on black, it is Infantry signals.
There is also a couple of flag tinnies, the white surrounding the cross would be Infantry, and the one with black surrounding the cross would be Engineers, I believe.

I see the one signals corps "lightening" coin/patch? thing.

Set a modest 'maximum' that you would like to pay
and stick to it. All of the items are common and
easily found.........

Thanks guys! This is great info. I am going google search some of these tinnies to see what they are selling for to set my price.

Anyone know what that red one is?
