opinions about Kriegsmarine tunic

I like the overall look of the tunic, apears original, and its on sale in high reputation store, but tunics are not my strong. if opinions are positive, i will go to the store first thing in the morning.
What do you think of it?

i confess i am not a student of KM items,but the insignia looks to have been added to a post war navy tunic,,eagle looks doubtful and i dont care for the style of sewing on these insignias,,,,

In the description says 1940 and the rest is all in german, so i think the tunic has markings
