    Hi Guys,
I have this tunic for a long time.
I always wandered which unit wore it.
    Its an original for sure.
Looks like m36, but these slash side pockets ??
I've seen officers tunics with this kind of pockets, but I though they were privately purchased only and designed by the will of the owner.
I didn't know there were government issued tunics like this and this tunic is not privately purchased for sure.
It has 3 belt holes, but only on the back.
The lining is missing, I do not know what had happend with it.
I saw one in ebay these days. It was with shadows of SS insignia. But those 3 holes for the belt...

    Any thoughts are most welcome

    Cheers

    George

    Hi George, not an M36.

This looks like a Reichwehr era tunic.

    Cheers, Ade.

I agree Jerry. This was rather fashionable at the time.

    Hi
    No, no markings
but I guess they were on the lining, which was removed.
As I see, there are still some lining remains
See picture 2 - the bottom of the tunic - right in the middle.
I believe this is some of the lining, which looks like lining of M41 or m36 tunics.

    Cheers

    George
